📦 SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping may be available on select products or promotions.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We're working to expand our service in the near future.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@westofthemoonstudio.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your order! If something isn't right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Physical Products (Tools, Supplies, Kits)

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • You must contact us at hello@westofthemoonstudio.com for return instructions

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll replace or refund it as quickly as possible.

🧾 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Digital Downloads (e.g., stained glass pattern PNGs, books)

  • Custom Orders or Commissioned Artwork

  • Gift cards

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital pattern sales are final and non-refundable. Please double-check your order before purchasing.
