Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available in the future.
Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Q: How do I receive my digital stained glass patterns?
A: After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to instantly download your digital files in PNG or PDF format.
Q: Can I use your patterns for commercial projects?
A: Our digital patterns are for personal use only unless stated otherwise. Please contact us if you're interested in commercial licensing.
Q: What if I didn’t receive my download link?
A: Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s still missing, contact us at hello@westofthemoonstudio.com and we’ll resend it.

Q: Do you offer custom stained glass designs?
A: Yes! We create custom stained glass panels and suncatchers. Please reach out via our Contact Page with your request.
Q: Do you offer stained glass repair services?
A: We specialize in stained glass restoration and repairs. Email us with a photo and description, and we’ll be happy to give you a quote.
💳 Payments & Returns
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept returns on physical items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Digital products are non-refundable.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
